This song was sung at our school Multicultural Event last May for a Mother's Day and Cinco de Mayo celebration. It was offered to all of our ESL students and their families.The kids voted and decided to use Beyonce's version as well as the slower version by Lee Greenwood.It was right around the time that Osama Bin Laden was captured and killed and the emotional level was high for all involved.
